One of the most highly desirable suburbs, first-time visitors to Weston will probably have a hard time believing that they are only twelve miles from Boston. The town green surrounded by churches, an old town hall and the quaint village of small shops, would seem to belong to an New England country town, far from any metropolitan area. Weston has one of the most excellent public school systems in the nation. Weston's schools are centralized, with all of the elementary schools in the center of the town, and the secondary schools just south of Route 30. The town offices and most of the business establishments are also in the center of the town. Within the town’s seventeen square miles are more than 1,200 acres, forming a green belt for recreation and conservation. The Weston Town Forest, covering 630 acres of land, provides public trails for walking, hiking, riding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The Case Estates of the Arnold Arboretum include one hundred and fifteen acres of experimental gardens and nurseries and are perfect for walking and bird watching. Weston has numerous playgrounds and tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a public golf course. The residential areas are laid out over rolling hills blanketed by woods and fields, and the mix between old and new homes is well balanced. The history of the town is preserved with great pride and the Weston Historical Society maintains town landmarks, which include the Golden Ball Tavern (1768), the Josiah Smith Tavern (1756) and the Cardinal Spellman Philatelic Museum at Regis College.

Client Testimonials

"I give the highest praise and recommendation to the real estate professionals at Pinnacle Residential Properties. I have given unconditional references to many friends and acquaintances who find themselves involved now or in the future with real estate transactions. There are three elements that are important to me in any professional, but particularly in a real estate professional. Those elements are honesty, knowledge and persistence on my behalf."
