Vincent Spoto SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)

Vin is co-founder and owner of Pinnacle Residential Properties. When he founded Pinnacle with Elaine their mandate was to look for truly exceptional people who definitively possess the qualities of integrity, intelligence, and the strongest work ethic. A tall order, indeed, but today Pinnacle is most fortunate to have assembled a group of incredible professionals.

Vin has been a Wellesley resident for 22 years and has over 30 years of sales and market management experience. He has been the CEO of several companies where blending sales, marketing, and technology with intensive customer service were his highest priority. Vin has a strong technology focus and is dedicated to making sure that this component is reflected in all aspects of Pinnacle – from providing a wide variety of information for buyers to producing top-notch collateral material for sellers.

While he is “hands-on” in all aspects of running Pinnacle, Vin's favorite part of the job is working with buyers and sellers. Vin’s a man with great wit, humor and sensitivity to his clients. He’s actually had a couple of transcontinental moves in his career so he’s particularly sensitive to families having to set down new roots. It would be difficult to find a more hard working, dedicated and wonderful person with whom to work.

Vin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the technology committee of the Massachusetts Assoociation of Realtors.

 

Teri Adler and Susan Bevilacqua

Teri Adler and Susan Bevilacqua are one of the most effective real estate teams in Metrowest and Wellesley's #1 team. They are the 2007 and 2006 top listing and selling brokers at Pinnacle. 
 

Both of these remarkable women combine intelligence, integrity and a profound knowledge of our community with personal warmth, vibrance and enthusiasm. 
 

Teri lives in Wellesley with her husband and two small children. The metro west area has always been home to this Wayland native who you may recognize from television. Teri was a well-known reporter for WBZ-TV and before that worked for many years at WHDH-TV. At 7 News she was both a reporter and fill-in anchor. She has worked all over New England including television stations in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Cape Cod. She has received numerous Emmy nominations for her reporting and received an Edward R. Murrow Award for breaking news coverage. After attending Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, she earned her Masters in Business Administration from Babson. She is very active in many local organizations including Pre-School at Wellesley Schools (PAWS) and Lovelane Farm, which provides horsebackriding for special needs children.

Susan has over 7 years of professional sales and marketing experience and has very deep roots in the community. She has been a lifelong resident of the area as has her extended family. Susan grew up here and after graduating from Lafayette College and living abroad, she returned to marry a Wellesley native, and is now raising her family right here in town. Her two beautiful little girls keep her busy in the Wellesley Mothers’ Forum. She also is active in the Wellesley Hills Junior Women's  Club and the Bates School PTO. She offers a comprehensive understanding of how the community meets the needs of a young and active local family. Susan’s husband is in residential construction so her knowledge and resources are considerable.

Ann Burford was Pinnacle’s 2004 Top Broker of the Year. Ann has been a marketing and sales professional in the Boston area for 22 years. She lived in Wellesley for many years before moving to Weston where she currently resides. Ann will research the entire greater Boston area to find the best home for her clients. Ann’s buyers and sellers love her as she is astonishingly caring, hard working and makes the entire process fun. In Ann’s spare time (what there is of it) she works tirelessly in volunteer animal rescue.

Barbara Butterfield

 Barbara has lived in the western suburbs of Boston for more than 23 years. She raised her two children here after moving from such far off locations as Saigon/ HoChiMinh City, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Beijing. She has a B.A. in English from Connecticut College and has also studied managerial finance, design, Chinese and Japanese.

Anna Maria Costa is Pinnacle's 2007, 2006 and 2005 Broker of the Year. She is a consummate professional who has had a successful career in business development, marketing and sales for over twenty years. She has lived and traveled around the globe and her relocation knowledge is second to none. She specializes in the purchase and sale of residential property both domestically and internationally and has helped many families determine their favorite location and find their new dream home.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Bristol University in England, she obtained her MBA from Boston University. Anna Maria is a member of International Real Estate Federation. FIABCI is considered by real estate professionals and those in affiliated industries to be the leading international real estate association worldwide. She is fluent in six languages.

Ellin Drasser

Ellin has lived in the western suburbs of Boston for more than 25 years. Her professional background is in the field of marketing research and advertising. She has been the founder of her own marketing research consulting business and has worked for both small companies and large multi-nationals.

Ellin obtained her real estate license in the mid l980’s and is now the Manager of Customer Service and Agent Support for Pinnacle. Elyse Marsh

 Elyse Marsh is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has a degree in Economics. Elyse’s professional background includes more than ten years of experience in management consulting as well as financial services marketing and sales. She has a keen knowledge of how economic and market forces impact the housing sector.

Elyse moved to the western suburbs 13 years ago after relocating from metropolitan New York. She resides in Needham with her husband and two children. An active member of the community, Elyse is involved in many charitable organizations including the Rodman Ride for Kids, MSPCA, Tenacity, and serves on the Executive Board of Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Boston.
