There’s little to report in the last week of August. Nothing new came on the market and only 2 properties sold. There are 111 houses remaining for sale versus 130 last year at this time. The Fall Market Activity should begin in earnest this week.

Last week 8 properties were listed and 6 sold. As of August 11th, there are a total of 116 single family properties remaining on the market.
