Vin is co-founder and owner of Pinnacle Residential Properties. When he founded Pinnacle with Elaine their mandate was to look for truly exceptional people who definitively possess the qualities of integrity, intelligence, and the strongest work ethic. A tall order, indeed, but today Pinnacle is most fortunate to have assembled a group of incredible professionals.
Vin has been a Wellesley resident for 22 years and has over 30 years of sales and market management experience. He has been the CEO of several companies where blending sales, marketing, and technology with intensive customer service was his highest priority. Vin has a strong technology focus and is dedicated to making sure that this component is reflected in all aspects of Pinnacle – from providing a wide variety of information for buyers to producing top-notch collateral material for sellers.
Vin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the technology committee of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Teri lives in Wellesley with her husband and two small children. The metro west area has always been home to this Wayland native whom you may recognize from television. Teri was a well-known reporter for WBZ-TV and before that worked for many years at WHDH-TV. At 7 News she was both a reporter and fill-in anchor. She has worked all over New England including television stations in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Cape Cod. She has received numerous Emmy nominations for her reporting and received an Edward R. Murrow Award for breaking news coverage. After attending Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, she earned her Masters in Business Administration from Babson. She is very active in many local organizations including Pre-School at Wellesley Schools (PAWS) and Lovelane Farm, which provides horsebackriding for special needs children. |
Susan has over 7 years of professional sales and marketing experience and has very deep roots in the community. She has been a lifelong resident of the area as has her extended family. Susan grew up here and after graduating from Lafayette College and living abroad, she returned to marry a Wellesley native, and is now raising her family right here in town. Her two beautiful little girls keep her busy in the Wellesley Mothers’ Forum. She also is active in the Wellesley Hills Junior Women's Club and the Bates School PTO. She offers a comprehensive understanding of how the community meets the needs of a young and active local family. Susan’s husband is in residential construction so her knowledge and resources are considerable.

Ellin has lived in the western suburbs of Boston for more than 25 years. Her professional background is in the fields of marketing research and advertising. She has been the founder of her own marketing research consulting business and has worked for both small companies and large multi-nationals.
Ellin obtained her real estate license in the mid 1980’s and is now the Manager of Customer Service and Agent Support for Pinnacle. sh is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has a degree in Economics. Elyse’s professional background includes more than ten years of experience in management consulting as well as financial services marketing and sales. She has a keen knowledge of how economic and market forces impact the housing sector.
Elyse moved to the western suburbs 13 years ago after relocating from metropolitan New York. She resides in Needham with her husband and two children. An active member of the community, Elyse is involved in many charitable organizations including the Rodman Ride for Kids, MSPCA, Tenacity, and serves on the Executive Board of Jewish Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Boston. She is also an advocate for the Citizens of Needham Schools. In her free time, she is an avid skier and competitive tennis player, and enjoys running and hiking with her dog. Through all of her activities, she has a thorough knowledge of Needham, Wellesley, Dover, and Weston.

Maureen and her family have lived in this area for more than 15 years and currently reside in Weston. She received her Bachelor of Science degree form Northeastern University. Her professional background includes more than 10 years in marketing communications.
