Sales Statistics for Wellesley
Since February 22nd, eighteen single family houses were introduced in Wellesley and seven sold. As of March 1st, there are now 152 single family properties remaining for sale - up from 131 last week. Inventory is now up 18% from this time last year. There are some excellent properties from which to choose, interest rates haven’t risen yet, and buyers have some excellent options.

Since February 1st, thirteen single family houses were introduced in Wellesley and ten sold, including two that were priced over $2.5M. As of February 8th, there are 122 single family properties remaining for sale. This is a very active time, however I cannot emphasize enough how important pricing accurately is.
