Sales Statistics for Wellesley

 

Since August 9th, three houses were introduced and two sold in the lower price ranges. As of August 23rd, there are 151 available properties. Expect it to be slow until after Labor Day. We’ll skip our report for the next two weeks and resume the week of September 13th. By that time, you’ll have had time to receive the Pinnacle Report Spring Market summary in your mailboxes and read some of the very surprising data. Since February 1st, thirteen single family houses were introduced in Wellesley and ten sold, including two that were priced over $2.5M. As of February 8th, there are 122 single family properties remaining for sale. This is a very active time, however I cannot emphasize enough how important pricing accurately is.

 

 

 

Another busy week with eighteen houses that came on the market in Wellesley and eleven sold - including one that was priced at nearly $2.6M. As of April 19th, the current inventory is at 178 (175 last year at this time).
